![]() I don't have the original website up but do a google search for nawcom's mod cd and you'll see it was a legit thing. ![]() This would result in the injection of addtional hackintosh-specific install packages to the traditional retail OS X install process which you would be able to customize before installing the OS to your hard drive. ![]() After booting the ModCD, setting the needed boot flags at the Chameleon bootloader screen and swapping the CD with the retail DVD, initiating the boot process would override parts of the retail DVD's data via ramdisk mounting a small drive image that Chameleon previously loaded into memory pre-boot. It functioned as a swap CD to take care of the bootloader part for booting the retail DVD with some unique features that takes place post-boot.
